We are proud to have been selected as finalists for Avenue Magazine’s Made In Alberta Awards!
Our Park Wheat Flour has made it past the first round of judging, and into the finals. The winners of the different categories will be announced in September 2019.
Park Wheat was developed here in Alberta in the late 50’s. It is a great wheat for us as it grows quickly and has higher protein than other heirloom wheat varieties. It is a tremendous flour for bread, and some of our customers are making the most amazing breads we’ve ever tasted with the flour. We couldn’t be more proud of this product…and our wonderful customers!
