Park Wheat Flour (2019 Avenue Magazine “Made in Alberta Award” Finalist)
An heirloom wheat developed before artificial genetic manipulation, this organic whole-grain flour is milled fresh daily on our farm. Made from a heritage variety of Hard Red Spring Wheat, the high-protein in this wheat is perfect for bread and general baking.

Red Fife Flour
A truly old wheat, Red Fife took its name from Canadian farmer Dave Fife in Ontario back in the mid-1800s. Although it is slightly lower in protein than our Park Wheat Flour, you can bake a beautiful loaf of bread with this unique heritage flour. It also has a delicious aroma reminiscent of ground cinnamon. A customer favourite!

This ancient variety of wheat is from the Bronze Age, and has a lighter colour, with a light and slightly sweet taste. This fresh flour is excellent flour for pancakes, waffles or wherever your baking adventures take you! This flour is our version of all-purpose flour.

Soft White Wheat Flour
Whole grain flour made with organic soft white wheat. More flavourful and aromatic than its hard red spring counterpart, this is a lighter-coloured, lower gluten flour that is superb for refined baking like shortbread, pie crusts, lemon/banana loaves, cookies, etc.

Whole Grain Rye Flour
Nothing but whole organic rye grown and freshly milled on our farm. Like our soft white wheat flour, this rye flour is light and fluffy, but has a distinctive spicy and nutty flavour. We have really enjoyed our baking projects with the Rye.

Einkorn is the most ancient grain we grow and freshly mill. It is rare and antique. This grain is gaining in popularity and we will be growing more of it moving forward. Excellent in Pasta, bread and other general baking projects. John’s personal favourite.

An ancient grain that is considered a super food, but is not a wheat at all. Buckwheat is not even related to wheat; it is related to Rhubarb. It grows fast and provides the soil invaluable nutrients and weed control in our organic rotation. This flour is an very interesting option for general baking projects.

Whole grains of golden flax for your culinary enjoyment! Ground, you can enjoy all the health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids. Whole, they act as a delicious seed to sprinkle on top of your oats in the morning.

Traditional Rolled Oats
Big hearty flakes of oats for the best and freshest oatmeal you've ever tasted. Makes a delicious and hearty warm breakfast in the winter. Add yogurt and berries for a quick breakfast in the summer. Fantastic in baking and blended in with smoothies.

Whole kernels of our park wheat flour can be used in traditional Ukrainian cooking, as a rice substitute or can be brought home and ground to make your own fresh whole grain flour.
